We use 100% long-staple cotton for the pouch. This provides a soft, non-abrasive barrier against the skin, drastically reducing the risk of friction-based heat rashes and “jock itch” common with synthetic fabrics. The knit pattern of the cotton pouch allows for rapid heat dissipation. It pulls sweat away from the body and allows it to evaporate quickly, keeping you dry and focused during high-intensity intervals. The interior seams are stitched flat to the fabric. This “low-profile” construction ensures there are no raised edges to rub against your skin during repetitive motions like running, cycling, or squatting.
